Prior to founding J Grace Consulting, Ms. Cogen held consulting positions with several leading companies including McKinsey & Company and Benchmarking Partners. She also held senior level positions in strategy, operations, and sales at Avon Products, Inc. As the owner of a retail and interior design franchise, she learned first-hand the joys and struggles of being in the franchise industry.
She served as an adjunct professor at Southern Ohio College and is a co-founder and Trustee of Ohio River Foundation.
Judi received her MBA from Columbia University’s School of Business with Beta Gamma Sigma distinction. She was also inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society at Boston University where she earned a BS/BA in the School of Management, Magna Cum Laude.
